Trampoline Bridge Could Let You Bounce Across The Seine

Share it Please
If given the choice to either to walk or bounce across a lake, which choice would you choose? The French asked themselves this very same question. They have decided to take a new chance and allowed Atelier Zündel Cristea to create a inflatable bridge for pedestrians to cross the Seine River. This was a big risk to take, as they remembered the pedestrian Millennium Bridge being a failure twice already in London. Nevertheless, the French wanted a newer idea to stand out. The Seine River already has 37 bridges and needed a new approach. The architects wrote: "It appears to us that Paris already has the bridges and passages necessary for the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic across its waterways. Our intention is to invite its visitors and inhabitants to engage on a newer and more playful path across this same water." With all that said, travelers, you know what you have to do next time you are in Paris. Link
